Do you only work with freight, property and field service businesses?
No. Those are the industries we know best, but we work with any business where the team spends hours on repetitive admin. The free assessment is the quickest way to find out whether automation makes sense for you, and if it doesn’t, we’ll tell you.
Do we have to change the software we use?
No. We work with your existing inbox, spreadsheets and systems through their integrations, email, or whatever connection methods they support. If a tool genuinely can’t be connected, we’ll tell you in the assessment.
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. After that, each automation has a one-time implementation fee, plus a monthly fee for monitoring and support. There are no fixed packages: pricing depends on the workflow, and you see the price before anything is built.
What happens if something breaks?
Monitoring and fixes are covered by ongoing support. Every run is logged, so when something looks off we can see exactly what happened and why.
Is AI making decisions for my business?
Only low-risk ones. Most automations are plain rules. AI is used where it helps, like reading an email or a PDF. Anything high-stakes goes to a person for approval first.
Will this replace staff?
That’s not the goal. Automation takes the copy-paste off your team’s plate so they can handle more customers, more jobs or more doors without hiring as fast.
How long until something is running?
