Taskless AI provides custom AI and automation solutions, workflow integrations, and strategy consulting for businesses.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Obtain necessary permissions for any third-party accounts or data you connect.
Not use our systems for unlawful or unethical purposes.
3. Payment and Billing
All pricing is in CAD unless stated otherwise.
Payments are due in full at the start of each billing cycle.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of Services.
Custom or enterprise contracts may include additional terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All Taskless AI content, software, and materials remain our property.
You retain ownership of your data and business assets; we retain ownership of our code, automations, and templates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data, automations, and strategies as confidential and do not share them with third parties except as required to deliver the Services or comply with law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taskless AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Services in the three months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time.
Outstanding payments remain due for work completed prior to termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Ontario.
